We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give...

-Winston Churchill

In 2015, Safe Harbors started the Giving Circle - an unrestricted fund that goes directly to meeting the needs of survivors, as is indicated solely by them. Thanks to the generosity of many Wallowa County residents, the Giving Circle has provided $15,406 to survivors since its inception. In total, Giving Circle donations have fulfilled 59 funding requests and have paid for 10 hours of on-site counseling.

You can make a difference in the life of a survivor today by making a cash donation to the Giving Circle or an in-kind donation of goods to the Safe Harbors' emergency shelter.
